2.1. Customer Duties

2.1.1. toplolboost is not associated with Riot Games or any unauthorized entity in any way, shape, or form. toplolboost, warns any customer or potential customer to refrain from violating, infringing, or making any illegal action in regards the intellectual property rights of Riot Games or any unauthorized entity.

2.1.2. By entering our website, or any extension of this site, or our facebook page or any forum related to our service, and looking at any content within the site(s), Forum(s) or information concerning toplolboost, you declare under penalty of perjury and under the laws of the United States of America, that you are not employed or affiliated with Riot Games and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries.

2.1.3. The customer must provide toplolboost with accurate information about the rank of their League of Legends account. If an order is inaccurate, the customer will be contacted to re-negotiate the price. For example, if you purchase a Gold V boost for 10 wins, but you are actually in Gold II, which is more expensive. The boost will not be started until the customer agrees to new term.

2.1.4. You, the customer accept that by buying our Service you are aware that you cannot dispute any purchase with toplolboost after the Service is done or the service has been partially completed.

2.1.5. You, the customer accept that if you log into your League of Legends account during a boost and lose rank or points, toplolboost can adjust the boost to lower the desired rank. For example if you purchased Gold V to Gold I. If the booster progressed to Gold III, then the customer played and dropped back to Gold IV, toplolboost will lower the boost to Gold II instead of Gold I. The customer can pay more to make up for the lose in rank.

2.1.6 If you, the customer are requested by toplolboost or the booster to not access your League of Legends account while the boost is in progress you agree to fully comply. If the customer logs in, we will consider the boost complete. Refund requests will be denied.

2.1.7 You, the customer, accept that if your LP gain is below 12 lp per win in any division other than the first division you purchased, you either have to pay extra determined by the boosting calculator, or we will convert your order into wins.

2.1.8 You, the customer, accept that once your purchase has gone through and the service has started, you are no longer eligible to receive a refund. If the service is not completed by toplolboost due to a failure from toplolboost, then a refund can be issued.

2.1.9 You, the customer, agree to not open any Paypal dispute once an order has been made.

2.1.10 When purchasing an order you are eligible for a refund within 48 hours of it's purchase, this applies if the a booster did not start working in your account within the giving time. You can request this refund directly through email from our contact page.

2.1.11 Orders that are made 48 hours before a season ends are not guaranteed to be finished. If a boost is not finished before the season ends, the customer will receive a credit towards a boost in the next season.
